Refund policy
Heavenly Creations Policies…
*All returns MUST be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Items CAN NOT be worn. And no damage. All returns will be exchanged for store credit. There are some items that are nonrefundable so please make sure to pay attention.
*All orders are either SHIPPED (at your expense) or PICKED UP. Pick-up will be Monday-Thursday at Trinity CCCC from 8:30am-5:00pm. Once you receive your message stating that your item is ready for pick-up, you have two weeks to arrange and pick up your item. If you do not pick up in 14 days and have not made other arrangements, I will bill you for shipping. If that has not been paid within 48 hours, your item will be cancelled with no refund.
*I do work full time outside of this business and I do have family and other things that are important to me. I will ALWAYS do my best to respond to you but some days are busier than others, as I’m sure most of you understand. Sometimes other things will take priority over Heavenly Creations. Please be respectful of that.

*I will NOT tolerate rude and nasty comments. If you have a complaint, please contact me personally so we can try to work it out. Heavenly Creations is my dream; my business. Almost everything that you purchase is made by ME! And me alone. I am human. I will make mistakes. Things are not always perfect but I will always do my best.
*I try to get everything done in 14 business days but sometimes they items that I need don’t get to me quickly so please be patient. I do not have a store of items ready to go. This isn’t like Walmart or your other big stores. Your orders are handmade as you order them. I will get your item to you as quickly as I can. If you need an item by a certain date, please let me know up front so we can figure it all out.
*I am attempting to cut down on how often I order things. My goal is to only order twice a week. This will help me keep costs down for all of you but that can sometimes extend production by a few days.
*You are all the BEST! You are the reason Heavenly Creations is no longer just this tiny hobby. I want it to continue to grow so the support from all of you helps make that happen! Thank you for understanding how important this is to me and understanding the need for these policies.
